Legitimate Email: LinkedIn Learning

This is an example of the email sent on June 20, 2019, to members of the U-M community who had accounts for using Lynda.com through the university. Lynda.com has been renamed as LinkedIn Learning, and this switch requires users to activate their accounts under the new service name. The email, from the U-M Regents, prompting recipients to activate their LinkedIn Learning accounts, is a legitimate email. U-M Human Resources offers use of LinkedIn Learning to benefits-eligible faculty and staff (LinkedIn Learning and Michigan Online for U-M Employees). Activate your new LinkedIn Learning account to continue using online courses from Lynda or LinkedIn.

This and othe remails are listed at Legitimate Email that Might Appear Phishy to help you verify their authenticity.
