The ITS Digital Signage offers high-impact visible communication to U-M staff, faculty, students, and guests in U-M buildings and public areas.
Compliance
Because the ITS Digital Signage service is entirely public-facing, it is not designed to maintain or display sensitive institutional data.
Users of the Digital Signage service should:
- Get appropriate permission/meet the licensing agreement before using copyrighted material
- Avoid profanity or other offensive material
Signs may include faculty and staff names and locations; this information is considered public.
