2. Input to the page your username, Email and password . 3. more info will be sent to your inbox to Select the most recent date from the drop down list box. 4. Locate the "Employee Acknowledgement" section. 5. Please acknowledge the appraisal by selecting one of the three(3) options in the Employee Acknowledgement section. 6. Select the "Save" button.
