This is intended to update you on the organizational changes occurring as our Information Assurance teams from the Academic Medical Center in Ann Arbor (AMC) and the Regional Health Network in Wyoming and Lansing (RHN) continue to integrate.
On October 1, 2024, Greg Sieg was named the Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With the recent retirement of the Sparrow CISO, Trent Carpenter, Greg will now assume the CISO role for Sparrow as part of the RHN. Greg has worked closely with the AMC on regional integration with West over the past few years and is well positioned to continue the good work that has already started.
